Oceans 11 Casino is one of the premier card rooms in Southern California, with a 45 table card room located directly off the 5 freeway in Oceanside, about 40 miles north of San Diego.
It has a half dozen tables for Caribbean Stud and 21st Century Blackjack, but nearly all the casino is set up around poker. The main room (23 tables) is for higher-limit games (4/8 and up) and a whole secondary room to the right is for lower limit games.
A wide variety of no-limit and limit stakes is offered for both cash and tournaments. A player card reward program is run to earn cash back and special events are offered every month. The easygoing staff and large number of regulars keep games going all night, with many low limit games constantly in session.
Note: They have a tremendous reputation for great food at very low prices. Also, while this is considered a top California Poker Room, it is much more so for the play, not due to the fantastic architectural design. So do not be surprised if you are a little disappointed by first impressions.
